What is this white growth on my little safety net?

I have what looks like tiny white balls ever more on my net my trampoline. It looks like some sort of fungus / bacteria or something like that but I'm not sure. Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of him or what he is?

If you used it in bare feet or socks on that were sweating is foot fungus and should be cleaned with alcohol
