What is the average 14 year old can bench, curl, etc.?
In a 2010 Home Gym Marcy they are able to sleeping with the machine handles. How do you think a 14 year old could stand on that? I am currently benching only 55-65 pounds on the scale .. But I can barbell curl 20-25 lbs I am an average, above average or below average? I never bench with a bar.
just an average slightly above because most of the 14 YEARS cannot even curl 15 pounds or even bench press 40 pounds just move at your own pace is what you have to do to get where you want to be what I am saying
