How to wake up enough to workout on your elliptical?

I am a full-time worker during the day and a student Full-time night. My typical day is waking up at 4:30 am and drive directly to the school to work and not return to school until about 10:30 p.m.. As you can see, I barely have time to sleep let alone worked. I really want to return to state walk out but I can never find the energy to actually get up on this elliptical in a room back in my house. Besides, everyone has more sleep, is there any other suggestions on how I can give an energy boost so that I drive ….. renewed energy that you take all night because I need to go to bed right after work (about 30 minutes to an hour).

It seems that you must change your schedule to get up earlier. Stretching first is a way to get your body ready to "execute".
