Cycling Workout

How can you spend that i do not understand cycling, hiking, running, or using weights?
Swimming is great exercise, because it puts no pressure on your joints. Swim 5-6 laps (front and back) and work your way from there. You tone and strengthen your muscles arms, legs, abs and obliques in no time. Swimming is also an ideal workout for your lungs and provides a workout great cardio. (You can also burn several hundred calories throughout only one hour of swimming.) If you have a problem with swimming, try walking back into the shallow end, this will give your body's resistance.
