"Rhythms base" … Is it working?

Hello! :] Well, I was avidly watching infomercials (Ugh, Recently they addicting !__@) And I saw the advertisement for the "Core Rhythms" Latin Dance workout video … I remember reading some thing in the magazine's health, but that was so long I can not really remember. My question is, is it worth it? Does it work effectively?
