Black Belts can wear their uniforms with a black collar? (WTF Taekwondo)?
If you go by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation standards then yes, only students classified as first degree black belt or above should be allowed to wear uniform black collar, but … most schools TKD today will allow any place to wear this uniform, because even a student there and he wants to make money they selling it to them. There are still some traditional TKD dojang around that do not rank below black belt to wear the uniform, but in all honestly why do we need? Uniforms were made to be functional … not cool.
