Calligraphy
Chinese culture is imbued with the patient attention to detail. In the art of calligraphy Chinese, shape, size, hair brush type, ink, color, color ratio of water in the ink, the water velocity paper absorbency and surface texture influence the effect of the work completed. Silks
Similarly, Chinese embroidery and silk products require equal scrupulous craftsmanship. Most Chinese are fine silk embroidery. Silk production in China dates back from 5000 to 6000 years. With the opening of the Silk Road, the demand for silk products in China booming, as traders of India, Persia, Tibet, traveled to reach the rich fabrics and silk goods, the creation of famous travelers such as Marco Polo. Beautifully hand-embroidered silk scarves, where its soft luster, needlework attention, and cool, slippery tissue are always in high demand today, as modern women to use to accessorize their wallet or tie around the neck of an effort, chic look.
Fashion
Traditional Chinese fashion include such popular items as silk qipao, long jacket Mandarin men, delicate fans, hats and noble otter skin, all of which are still in use today. Qipao is a silk dress for women, tapered at the legs and waist, creating a slim silhouette smooth. Usually decorated with flowers lavish carvings of phoenixes, these Dresses come in a variety of hues. Another piece of traditional Chinese fashion has done in the modern age is the folding fan. Sometimes silk, sometimes with paper, these fans can be plain or painted. A favorite of all the ladies, these fans have been conducted all over, garden parties to tea houses, intricate designs on the folding fan flashing and fluttering fans as owner wisely itself. For men, jackets Mandarin or Changshan, are long, loose fitting shirts for reaching the ankles. Introduced during the Qing dynasty, Mandarin jackets became immensely popular in China and have been used for all formal occasions before the popularization of Western suits for men.
