How can you mount a pull-up bar?
I just bought a pull-up bar to mount on my door frame, but it came with absolutely no instructions. How can you put in place, and how high should it be about my size? Unfortunately, there was a generic brand and there is no website.
You need a power drill and screws. You'll need to mount the plate uniformly on both sides of the frame. Then you slide the bar down in the media. It should be high enough to where your feet do not touch soil.
