What kind of knee dance should I get?
I recently started taking a dance class and the teacher recommends kneeling pads, but it was not specific. I am new to dance (this class is a type of modern, which I think is similar a sort of interpretive dance where you get on the floor a lot), so I'd like recommendations of what to buy (for cheap) and where! Also, I play badminton and fencing, which are both hard on my knees, and for those that I wear a splint. Is there any kind of corset / pad combo that will not interfere with the free movement?
Your best is a pair of what they call "knee China." It probably what your talking about a dance teacher. They are very slim that a knee has a couple layers of felt like material inside. They are avoid bruising when work on the ground.
