Help! How do u make a punchout boxing glove Goonies?

Hello, me and my friend doing a science project, we decided to make a boxing glove that springs and hits you in the face, but we do not know how all the answers?

It's the same principle as the jack-in-the-box. You need a spring (sorry it's pretty obvious) that you can pack in a box, so that when the box is opened the voltage in the spring is released and everything is set in the spring bounces out of the box. If you really want something that offers a punch (And I do not think it would be a good idea), rather than just jumping out of the spring will need to have very high voltage that make it is difficult to store.
