What is the body mass index (BMI Calculator) and how it works?
Body Mass Index or BMI is simply is only about the eighties, when he replaced the height-weight tables used to determine obesity. Index Body mass is also a tool that uses weight and height of a person to see if the weight is normal or if the person is overweight or underweight weight.

A BMI between 18.5 and 25 is considered normal. Below this value, someone is insufficient and between 25 and 30 is overweight. Values above 30 indicate obesity if BMI exceeds 40, the situation is already dangerous. BMI between 17 and 22 is generally indicative of overall health and life expectancy of people with this value is higher than others. The women say they were happy as BMI between 20 and 22 and men are not so concerned about this aspect and to consider their normal weight, as their BMI is between 23 and 25.
