How can I prevent a condo board's exercise of this right of first refusal in NYS?
I sell my condo to a member family (my wife). What defense is raised to prevent the commission from exercising the "right of first refusal"
Why do not try and see if a deed of gift would solve your problem? No sale, so no first refusal. OR add it to act as joint and see your atty to have yourself removed from the document at a later date?
