What should I do stretches? And how long should I do?
1. Bar folds almost always begins with folds. Plies are conducted at the helm, because they all tend leg muscles and prepare the body for years to follow. Folds to form the body shape and placement. Plies must be conducted throughout the 5 basic positions of ballet. There are two types of folds, and a half tall. In half folds, the knees are bent halfway. Large folds, the knees are fully bent. 2. High High is another step often conducted at the helm. Student is simply an increase on tiptoe. Similarly, a statement is a place on the balls of the feet from a folded position. Students and practicing identified at the helm will help strengthen your legs, ankles and feet. They are considered one of the building blocks of dance, and one of first movements taught in ballet class begins. Students practice in the five ballet positions. 3. A beat is a taut exercise in which the foot is stretched along the floor, ending with a period. Tight beats to warm the legs, strengthen leg muscles and improve participation. A tense beat can be carried forward (front), side (the second) or back (behind). 4. Round Leg Round leg is another popular exercise often done at the helm. A round leg is performed by a semicircular motion with his foot on the floor work. A round leg is made to maximize the flexibility and increased participation of the hips. This movement can be executed with the foot Working on the ground or in the air. When the circle starts to move forward and backward, it is called a round leg zuhr. On the other hand, when the circle starts in the back and moves forward, it is considered a round leg inward.
