How can I keep punching bag stand to move?
I have a stand bag punching metal 7ft tall. when I struck, it moves and scratches the ground. I tried using a rubber mat and it moves again.
My position has 3 positions extrusion approximately 12 "to 3 parts of the base so that the weights can be put there. I have about 100 books on this subject, and keeps it still, except when I really complained about it. Most stands are those positions.
