Sorry but you can Mani not learn martial arts in books, videos, and off you tube. You may be able to imitate the movements, but there is a 100% chance that you will something wrong and do not know. the only way to really learn is to find a good instructor who can correct any little mistakes you make, which are very the right to import technology.
