I want to train myself in boxing and martial arts.?
I want to train my self in martial arts and boxing, but can not afford to go to the gym, I have a boyfriend Sparring, dumbbells, weight 5 kg, Sit bench punch bag, blocks. So what techneques and schedules should I do to improve?
Well, you and your friend are off to a great start, the next step is for you both to get training in a real school. Have a workout partner is great, but you still need training to really grow. Otherwise, you run the risk of bieng on or just play in one hell of a shock if you ever have to test what you've been training. Go find a suitable school.
