I think to walk in the pool with a belt aquajogger. I can not swim. Is it safe?

The belt suspends you at aquajogger shoulder in the water. I am a man 200 pounds and had a neck surgery a couple years back with a metal plate / screws in my neck. I am unable to exercise on land due to the pain that is absent when in water. Thank you Sat

If you go "aqua jogging" in a pool with a friend who knows how to swim, (and preferably who knows some linked to life-saving water techniques), then you'll be fine, but just do not do it alone. Regardless of your fitness, it's just not safe go to the pool (or any water body other major for that matter), without a friend who knows how to swim. ————– ———————————— ————– Regarding the other reply that "swimming is almost never safe," I would add that even if the statement is true, it is also true that if you swim, then swimming is not always dangerous. In fact, if you swim, and you are aware of security water and swimming is one of the safest sports where you can participate as long as you swim with the water safety in mind.
