Tips on chest Tae Kwon Do?
I want to buy online a breastplate, but I'm afraid to buy the right size. I think since I am a woman and not very wide Should I go with the boy. Usually you get the same size as your uniform. Look at the picture in your link, and you see the "3" at bottom, is the size. The site is unfortunately using XS, S, M, LG, XL, but it really is the uniform size you need. James
