dumbbell chest exercises without a bench?
I work and lift weights regularly, but I just bought two adjustable dumbbells and appear to be neglected my pecs now. What are exercises I can do to work my chest without a bench? Like many exercises different as you might think would be very useful! Thank you!
You can do this lying chest presses and dumbbell flies slept together on the ground. These exercises are also very effective because, given the lack of range of motion, arms reach a deadstop on the floor and not having using the stretch reflex to bring them up, which means they must work harder. And of course there are pumps that are great when used effectively. You can start with applause pumps to activate muscles, and you can incorporate regular pumps at the end of your regular chest workout with a weight on your back. Hope this helps.
